Legatrin is Tylenol PM contains acetaminophen as an active ingredient.
If you have a paracetamol during Coumadin caution due to the combination of these factors may increase the risk of bleeding. The risks are greater if you take more than 2000 mg of acetaminophen per day. 1 or 2 tablets should not affect it much, but you have to treat the matter with your doctor if you get your regular blood tests done
